British Tradition Meets American Luxury
The AGA stove was conceived in 1922 by Dr. Gustaf Dalen, a Swedish physicist who was convalescing at home after being blinded in an accident. After realizing that his wife was using a range that was dangerous, dirty, and exceptionally time consuming, he created a cooker that was clean, economical to run, and easy to use. In doing so, he invented a cooker that changed the lives of cooks the world over. The AGA was an immediate success and came to Britain in 1929. It has been at home ever since.
New AGA collections are modern-day incarnations of the iconic AGA design, built on a century of European cooking excellence, reliability, and longevity. With four unique series of ranges and complimentary rangehoods, AGA products are thoughtfully created and responsibly built.
