Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 617-472-1710 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Update 3/16/2020
To our customers,

As we continue to monitor the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis, the health and safety of our employees and the customers that we interact with on a daily basis is our first priority.

What we’re doing.
We want to reassure you that we are following the guidance put forth by the CDC and Massachusetts Department of Health, and are taking every possible precaution to ensure our physical location is held to the cleanliness and sanitation standards recommended by public health officials.

Our employees, delivery and repair personnel have all been educated and informed regarding how the virus can be transmitted (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html) as to allow them to follow best practices and avoid putting themselves and others at risk.

Though we’re currently remaining open during our normal business hours, we’re continuing to monitor recommendations made by state and local officials and will act accordingly.

Stay informed, stay safe.
While the current pandemic can seem overwhelming, every person can help slow down the spread of COVID-19. We urge that you stay informed and follow the guidelines recommended by the CDC, the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations. Practices such as social distancing, and self-quarantine and isolation when appropriate can slow the rate of infection in a city, town or community. By doing your part, you can make a big difference to your health, and that of others around you.

As the COVID-19 continues to affect our communities, we will continue to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our customers, associates and the community that surrounds us.

Take care of yourself and each other,
Bill Trifone
