We had an "older" model and this Frigidaire is beyond compare! Heats quickly and evenly. Has many extra features (like melting & softening butter, cream cheese). Front and inside easy to clean. Love it, love it, love it!!!

The Microwave looks and functions terrific. Very easy to use. The surround was hard to install. The attachment screws are at an angle, making it hard to mark and make the correct starter holes. A redesign would be helpful

Replaced GE Profile with Frigidaire Gallery

We replaced a GE Profile less than a year old with the Frigidaire Gallery. the GE had issue that were not able to get resolved and it took almost a full year to finally get a refund. The Frigidaire may be slightly more standard but the reliability so far exceeds that of the GE lemon we got.

Don't waste your money!

We bought this microwave 2 years ago, and it has already stopped working. Whenever you attempt to start it, it trips the breaker, and we've ruled out any electrical problems. The year warranty is up, so I guess I'm just out $600? Don't waste your money! So dissapointed.

Microwave was purchased and installed Sep. 2020 - it made it approximately two weeks past warranty and has gone belly up. Inside light fails to come on, and turntable does not rotate (resulting in burnt food). Five hundred bucks for a microwave that lasts one year?! Will be replacing it - along with a new oven and cooktop - with something other than Frigidaire.

Modern, simple, elegant, worth the wait

I bought this fridge for my first house and ordered it weeks before I was moving in because I knew appliances were in shortage this year. I arrived at new home and it was still on back order so I had to do an ™€œemergent fridge purchase™€ at the local big box store for a temporary small fridge so we could get by until this one arrived. During the month long wait I contemplated buying something else that was more available instead but I stuck to my original plan. This fridge is much more spacious than it might first appear, the space is distributed very well, and it was so worth waiting. The black stainless look is so elegant and NO visible handprints or doggy nose prints. The freezer drawer space is so big and opens easily and smoothly and the ice maker is FAST! love the sliders on the door shelves to help divvy up items by category. So many things about this are great! Love love love it.

This thing is massive! Maybe our previous microwave was just small, yet somehow this unit fit in the same built in hole in our cabinetry. The frame gives a nice finished look for a big price tag! The main thing I noticed was the difference in the rotating tray which is significantly larger than what we had. It seems to cook quickly and efficiently. We've only had it for a couple months, so far zero issues. Hopefully it will last many many years to come. Being without a microwave is a real inconvenience, I know, first-world problems indeed. I wish the frame wasn't sold separately and so expensive as it is just a plastic square.

Despite ordering it in November and having it delivered in March, I like the microwave. Interface is easy to understand and attractive and the microwave is quite powerful. Installation was reasonably simple. I wish it came in black, though, to match my other appliances.

We purchased this microwave because of the built-in look that is easily achieved with the trim kit. It has nice clean lines and a beautiful black stainless finish and we couldn't be happier with the look. The way it works for entering cooking time is really nice: you push one of the number buttons and after a short pause, the microwave starts cooking for that number of minutes. So you can use the quick start, but it doesn't automatically quick start. The only small problem that we've had in the first month is that sometimes the light doesn't come on (when cooking or when you open the door). This seems to be happening less and less frequently, so hopefully the issue is resolving itself.

Converting our Kitchen to Black Stainless steel. This Built-In Microwave oven from Frigidaire fit the bill nicely. Works great. The only problem I have is the sound the door makes when closing. I was used to a nice solid Rolls Royce type of clunk on my previous Built-in. This one sounds like a 1980's Yugo - very tinny.

Bought this Microwave as a part of a kitchen update last month. Bought all black stainless steel appliances for the update. This microwave rocks: larger than our previous one, seems like more durable, and it does in fact cook food at a much faster rate. Veryyyyy quiet when it cooks. We love Frigidaire appliances - the look is great, but what I am really impressed with is Frigidaire's (Electrolux) after-market service. We had a few issues that were resolved fast & at no cost to us. We will definitely be buying all new Frigidaire appliances from now on.
