Much cheaper product than my previous GE Microwave from 10 years ago. The door sounds hollow and I do not care for the dark interior as well as the smaller interior footprint. The buttons for the venting have an annoying delay time that just makes it seem even cheaper quality. And its price was no bargain either. Very disappointed in this "newer" version of the microwave.

Replacement for similiar GE model installed in 2015 (new construction) that died. Only issue with this new one is how the glass turntable plate is bigger than the interior of the microwave. Since we are not tall people, we have to be care not to dump the hot food when removing it. Definitely a design flaw and hazard.

I thought this was going to be a direct replacement for our old unit. It was exactly the same model number and color. Unfortunately, the mounting holes on top and the support bracket on the wall. We™€™re all different. Had to drill new holes through the tile for the base bracket and new holes through the top for the screws that were totally offset. I was not a happy camper.

I have no expectations of this microwave lasting 10 years. The keypad creaks when buttons are pressed and the handle is clicking and slightly separating from the door when being pulled open. Poor quality during the years my entire kitchen set was built.

Microwave gets condensation between glass on door

This is our 4th GE Microwave in 22 years. The prior three did not have any issues with condensation appearing between the glass on the door as this newest one does. Quality have gone down. Also this is the loudest running when cooking. The slate color is might lighter than the slate color on my GE refrigerator and dish washer. The don't match.

GE 7195 Microwave Review

We love our GE microwave so far. We had the same unit/model # that lasted about 4-5 years before the magnetron went out. This unit is same size, color etc. as our old unit and it seems to have virtually the same features, with slight changes. There is only one light bulb for the exterior under cabinet lamp vs two on the older model and this unit "seems" to be a bit louder when cooking. The new unit as a steam cleaner function that we did not have before. I will read up on that feature to see how it works. Overall we are satisfied, and I will say we bought a five year extended warranty just in case we run into the magnetron issue again.

My only issue is that the placement of the mounting bolts changed from our previous model. This seems to be a totally unnecessary change, causing unnecessary modifications.

We are an elderly & retired couple who do not abuse the microwave, but use it only as it is intended to be used. It is not reasonable to have to have spent what we have for 3 units in 8 years [forced to replace same unit to 'match' our GE refrigerator & stove!]. Furthermore, to not be able to receive a printed operator's manual with this price of appliance is absurb--and your 'reasoning' re: 'greenspace', or whatever, is a total 'hogwash' cop-out!
