Currently in the middle of a large kitchen remodel and I am so grateful that I chose Hancock for my appliances. Great value and really the best service I have ever encountered. They do all the service so no calling and waiting on hold for someone to send a technician if anything goes wrong. In addition to ordering new appliances they also advised me on my kitchen design and offered to get me tile samples that would work and check out my kitchen. Love them !!! Highly highly recommend.

Hancock Saves Christmas!When my brand new (13 month) oven wouldn't light, exactly 1 week before Christmas, I called Hancock Service. It was just past the 1 yr warranty so Nancy suggested I call Samsung to see if they'd cover it (It was going to cost $288 to fix). Meanwhile, since she knew I was hosting Christmas dinner, Nancy went ahead and not only put me into the schedule, but pre-ordered the part (Igniter). Samsung's documentation said it was covered and started to setup a repair with another vendor. I insisted on Hancock but the Samsung Rep couldn't find them. I called Nancy...she gave me the info they needed, and Samsung contacted Hancock to setup the repair.Russ came out, as promised and, with a high level of professionalism, quickly repaired the oven.Christmas is saved!Thanks to the entire team of professionals at Hancock TV & Appliance! Hancock is the best! I had trouble with an ice maker and they replaced it notOnce but twice! Then when that didnâ€™t help they replaced the whole refrigerator. Nancy in customer service is excellent. I will always buy from them. Marie DeLuca
