Repair Service Policy
We charge a flat rate to send a trained service technician to your home and diagnose the problem. Once the problem is diagnosed, we'll provide an estimate that includes any necessary parts and labor to make the repair. If you decide not to do the repair we'll provide a Service Coupon for $50 which you can apply towards the purchase of a new appliance at Hancock Appliance. If you decide to make the repairs, we offer a 90 day part and labor warranty so if for some reason we need to return to fix the same problem, there is no additional charge.
